FLORA Y VEGETACIÓN DE LOMA LA LLAGA, CUENCA DEL RÍO SAN PEDRO, CAMAGÜEY, CUBA

Abstract

A survey with the objective to made the
characterization of flora and vegetation
of the elevation known as Loma La
Llaga, which conserves inside the area
of San Pedro river basin some natural values
was presented; as a part of an enviromental
diagnosis of this hidrografic area. The
structure and floristic composition of the
vegetation were analyzed by transects,
with a result of 55 infrageneric taxa,
belonging to 52 genera and 34 families.
These species and their potentialities are
listed in the annex.
