CLAVE GENÉRICA ILUSTRADA PARA LA IDENTIFICACIÓN DE PTERIDOFITAS DE LA CUENCA DEL RÍO BALSAS, MÉXICO*

Abstract

In this paper an illustrated key is included
to identify the genera of pteridophytes, they
prosper in the basin of the Balsas river,
Mexico; which is one of the most extensive
and important of the country for its great
floristic diversity.
In total, there are recognized 78 pteridophytes
genera, of those which the best represented
are genus Cheilanthes with 37 species,
Asplenium with 25 species, Polypodium with
24 species, as well as Adiantum and
Thelypteris with 18 species each one. The
states with more diversity in pteridophytes
are Oaxaca and the Estado de Mexico.
