LOS POLIPORÁCEOS DE MÉXICO VI. LOS HONGOS POLIPOROIDES DEL ESTADO DE OAXACA

Abstract

Specimens deposited in the herbals ENCB,
ITAO, MEXU, FCME, CHAP, BPI and NY
were studied; also polypores were collected
from 1998 to 2002 in the state of Oaxaca.We
report here 111 species of polypores based
on 750 specimens from 144 localities in 60
municipiums and 23 districts of Oaxaca.
These species belong to 46 genera, 9 families and 7 orders ofthe ClassHymenomycetes
of the Phylum Basidiomycota. Among these
species 50, or fully half, are evidently new
to Oaxaca and nine to Mexico.
